With the following information you will find the process associated with having your pattern, design drawing, or dxf file run as a CNC, (Computer Numerically Controlled), cut sequence with Integrated Crafting Inc. With a table material capacity of 4,000 lbs. within 72" x 264" or 6' x 22' and up to 5" thick with steel or 1/2" thick with Aluminum we can accommodate a lot of cutting sizes...

1. Contact us, and send your file information through email or drop off your pattern.

2. We convert your pattern or design drawing to a CAD (Computer Added Drawing) dxf file if needed. This charge is minimal and only billed if your job is run through a cut sequence.

3. That file is then run through a multiple layer process of G Code generation for the correct marking and or cutting sequence.

4. After the G Code is generated, its then run through our cutting simulation program, to generate a cost for cutting and or materials.

5. We will contact you with these costs and upon your acceptance, schedule your cutting job along with pickup.

    A little more about cutting...
Cutting cost basically comes down to time and consumables. So as you can see a sheet with large parts that would take a specific amount of time to cut can take much longer with smaller and or more parts on the same sheet. This is why running a program for a cutting simulation is important to obtain the best cost analysis.
